Brian Kimes brings over 30 years of leadership experience across retail management and public safety. He has served as General Manager of Omega Customs LLC for 16 years, providing operational oversight and strategic direction.

His background includes leadership roles with Verizon and Walmart, as well as extensive public service in Crawford County as a Reserve Deputy, recovery diver, and Swift Water Rescue Technician. Brian is committed to building reliable teams and supporting those who serve the community.

Doug Lewis

Doug Lewis serves as Fleet Sales Director for Omega Emergency Services, bringing decades of first-hand experience in public safety and fleet operations. A U.S. Air Force veteran and Operation Desert Storm veteran, Doug spent 27 years in Arkansas law enforcement, serving in Patrol, Investigations, Narcotics, and federal task force roles.

He later transitioned into the private sector, managing retail and wholesale sales across an 11-state territory in the RV industry. Doug’s combined field and industry experience allows him to guide clients with practical insight and confidence.

James Mirus brings over 15 years of law enforcement and risk management experience, including serving as Chief Deputy in Crawford County, Arkansas. He has led teams in complex operational environments and has hands-on experience with vehicle upfitting for law enforcement and fire departments.

James is known for his steady leadership, ethical judgment, and commitment to building dependable systems that support public safety and long-term reliability.

ACCIDENT SUPPORT & EQUIPMENT PROTECTION

Omega works directly with our sister company, AutoPlex Collision, to provide coordinated support to ensure all repairs are warrantied. No more finger pointing and deciding who is responsible for the total vehicle repair.

TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE SUPPORT

Omega will inventory and remove all salvageable emergency equipment at no charge to the department. Equipment is securely stored for reinstall on the departments replacement vehicle.
